Keegan is growing up!
When i started the blog, she was 5ish....well, things have definitely changed. She's boarding on 10! Without further adieu ....World meet your match-- Ms. Keegan T....heads up, she's gonna give you a run for your money. Take my word for it!
Seriously! I will not even attempt to excuse my absence!
Ok, sooooo... to say lots have happened in the time elapsed since my last post and this one would be absolutely an understatement. But, life has happened by leaps and bounds and I couldn't even figure where to start to share with you all. But, I can say this! Life changes everyday, and with it brings new doors to open, windows you must shut, and new worlds to explore--
I had many reasons to start this (again) but the deciding factor that forced me make a choice in actully doing it was when I was trying to write a response to a friend on her blog.....and realized that my writing skills had almost completely diminished. I could barely think of a complete sentence to write out! I was shocked. In the past few years social communication has streamlined us and made us so efficient at talking instantly that we have cut out "true substance" to our thoughts. A single thought is combined into "LOL" or "kwum".....SERIOUSLY Y'ALL? If we keep this up the need for English classes and such will not even be needed....much less an outlet for creativity and personal growth.
So, I was talking to Dee, my sister, and told her how I was feeling about this and I was rather embarrassed by it (note: she's a English teacher by God!) And, she encouraged me to start my blog again. Hence, I have begun again. (or is that began again) I cannot promise perfect grammar, or complete thoughts......Hell, most of the time my thoughts are all over the place!
Enjoy my family and friends! And, one disclaimer.........If you don't like my opinion than move on ;) There's plenty of other blogs out there to read. This is mine. Love and Hugs!

Hello All!
I know I have not updated in a long time! But life did not stop, in fact, I had so much life going on I haven't been able to update! Justin and I are in the thick of planning for the wedding, and its still 9 months and 2 weeks away! Every week theirs something I need to do or plan for.. its a lot fun and nerve-wrecking at the same time.
Justin and I have created a wedding website that will give lots of info about the wedding, things to do while in town and hotels in the area, close to the ceremony/reception site....
www.theknot.com/ourwedding/justinmoyer&cassiegriggs
A few not so fun updates, In the end of July I lost my job...but, then again, who in Houston isn't laid off right now? LOL. I have to keep my humor about it all...I have started working for a new company, Intelitap, in the marketing dept., and I get to visit a lot stores throughout the day...so Im not stuck behind a desk like I was with my previous position at the property tax company. Im really liking this job...its not in the oil and gas industry like I was trying to get into, however, it suits my style.
Take Care all! LOVE YOU!

Hello Cancun! The Engagment Finally Ensues!
We headed to Cancun a few weeks ago. Justin and I stayed for 5 days, and attended his cousins wedding--which was beautiful! However, we had a few excursions that totally rocked, and the biggest moment of all was that Justin proposed to me! Of course I said yes!
We went on a deep sea fishing trip, where, Justin caught a HUGE Mahi-Mahi, and All I caught was somebody else's line. BOO.
We decided to go out to the Mayan Ruins, renting a car seemed like a better idea than going with a big group. Im just going to jump to the main points here...When in Mexico, if you see a gas station...GET GAS. We almost ran out in the middle of the flipping jungle!! We drove about 45 miles on the E! God was seriously watching over us.
When we got to the ruins we were looking around and enjoying the massive beauty of these ruins when at the largest prymid Justin went down on his knee and asked me to marry him....OMG, was I ever too shocked. It took me a few seconds to realize that he finally was really asking me. I was taken back! He finally had to ask me " is that a Yes?..."
Our trip was amazing and affordable! We stayed at an all inclusive and if your interested let me know I'll give you more information about some of the other resorts there and which ones seemed really nice. If we go back we will probably stay at the same place...don't need to fix something if its not broken!
Take Care all! Love you!
BTW--Wedding date set for July 10, 2010

Memorial weekend ~~fun times~~
We all went to Gigi's and Papa's house, which are Justin's parents for Memorial Day. The kids swam so much and we all had a great time ;)
As you can see during a quick potty break from the pool, Kaleb needed a little help to manuver around the safty strap (it goes between his legs and straps to the front of the lifejacket). Priceless Picture for sure!
