School Days

Back in School.....how the break was nice. However, the degree will never be earned if I do not keep on the path...

I am 1 week deep and already exhuasted from reading! Keegan and Kaleb are doing wonderful, Keegan really loves her school and Kaleb is enjoying the time he is spending with me sans daycare...

Next weekend to Houston I go and the following weekend Justin will be taking me to my first ever AtM game @ Kyle field, lots of fun pictures to share...Yah...it will be so much fun!
Take care ;)

S-O-L-D

Congrats to Justin who closed on his house on Thursday.....although there were just a few obstacles, the main was a little storm called IKE. The closing was suppose to happen on Friday;however, the title company was closing up on Thursday at 12 and wanted to switch the closing until Tuesday. Justin-was-not-having-any-of-that...so= we closed on Thursay. It took some heavy sweet talking, manipulation of all the different entities and plain o'demanding on our parts but it got done (rather quickly may I add). If Justin ever gets tired of working in the expedition field for some of the biggest construction/engineering firms in Houston, Im sure the Real Estate World would love to have his persistence and determination on their side representing clients!

Homecoming 2008

Keegan's School, is so spirited and I'm loving every second of it. Friday night was the Homecoming game and all the kids at this 2A school had mums. The guys had garter style mums!
A few reason Im in love with ******* School
1. It's small..super small.
2. Great teacher/low student,teacher ratio
3. On game days the band marches through the halls playing the fight song!
4. The Varisity Football and Cheerleaders read to the PreK and K kids on game days!
5. I love the school colors----black and Gold
6. The school is within walking distance or it takes less than 1 min. to drive!

Ever Changing

To sum things up......Things have Changed!

Just when one believes they have everything in life planned things change! I cannot possibly go into detail all of what that entails;however, I can say this....I recently had a very special friend in my life give me the the biggest gift one could receive and that was to help me live my life and no longer be a bystander.

I no longer question the random details of life, I once questioned why God did certain things and had our lives mapped out so oddly, so differently from what our hearts wanted but now I know. Our lives our mapped out perfectly for each of us. Every bump, obstacle, and success has been planned out well before we had any control to follow our thoughts. What I'm saying is this, over a decade ago I had somebody that meant a lot to me in my life, and it never panned out--I was heartbroken, never bitter but left wondering why every time we re-united it didn't work. That person has come back into my life and changed it forever. I always thought him and I had terribly timing, but now I know we had perfect timing and it was the master plan.

So, to end this heavy post I would like to thank him and let him know how much I appreciate him for being apart of my life, it takes a very special person to care as much as you do...

I know now that everything happens for a reason...no matter how random or unfair or absurd they are and I am every thankful for all that God has blessed me with and looking forward to the future blessings...

Take care All!
